All classes are 8 week sessions and run for 90 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
Level 1 Silks, Thu 6 - 7:30 PM
Fundamentals, Climbs, Beginner Tricks, and Combinations
What to Expect
The class introduces basic climbing techniques, such as the classic climb and foot locks, teaching students how to ascend and descend the silks with ease and efficiency. Students will explore simple yet elegant tricks, such as basic poses, and wraps, focusing on proper form and technique. As students gain confidence, they will learn to link tricks and movements into fluid combinations, creating short sequences that showcase their newfound skills.
Who Should Join
This class is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience in aerial silks. No specific fitness level is required, as the class is tailored to accommodate beginners and build strength progressively.
Silks Dynamics, Sun 1 - 2:30 PM
Advanced Silks, Beats, Open Drops, and Roll Ups
What to Expect
This class introduces the foundations for silk dynamics, such as beat variations, balances, open drops, windmill variations, and rollups.
Who Should Join
This class is ideal for aerialists who have mastered the fundamentals of silks and are ready for more challenging techniques. Experienced students eager to push their creative and technical boundaries will thrive in this environment.
Strength requirement: Students must be able to invert multiple times in a row in the air.

What to Expect
In this class, you’ll learn how to take individual skills and creatively flow them into unique choreography, expressing your personal style and storytelling through movement.
Who Should Join
All levels are welcome with no fitness level required, as the class is tailored to individual skill level and will build strength progressively.
